First party stores accessed via the consoles themselves are becoming more and more vital for audience exposure, as direct digital sales continue to increase. Being visible and easily discoverable in store can be a key factor in a product's success, especially for products with little marketing budget.

This infographic shows the top 10 games with the highest number of placements on each of the console stores last week, on a general, untouched player profile. However, our Console Discoverability reports include much more, for example, the position of those placements, which area of the store they're in, what frame and location number, along with how the store landscape changes across different player profiles.

There's noticeably more indie games in the top 10 for placement count on the Nintendo eShop compared to the other two first party stores last week. There's also more Nintendo owned IPs in the top 10 compared to SIE and Microsoft titles on their stores!
