Destiny 2: The Final Shape released earlier this month, it's the last piece of DLC in the series concluding the overarching story of the last decade. Critical reviews for the expansion have been overwhelmingly positive with 62% of all reviews falling in the 90s and 21% being a perfect 100!
From the 68 critical reviews we have on record so far, the overall average review score comes to 91, making it the highest rated piece of DLC for Destiny 2 and even beating the average score of the main game itself. 91 also puts it in first place as the highest rated shooter released so far this year and gives it an amazing 3rd place when considering all games released to date in 2024. A fitting end for the popular, much loved franchise.
